Breathless is the second album by winner of The X Factor, Shayne Ward, released on November 26, 2007.Producers Rami Yacoub, Arnthor Birgisson, and Ryan Tedder worked on the album.On completing the album Ward has called it a “funky, sexy and different” step for him.

Two years after winning The X Factor, Manchester-born Shayne Ward follows up his eponymous 2006 debut. While that album was predominantly composed of ballads, this release sees Ward “acting his age” with a collection of infectious, uptempo, RnB-influenced pop. Produced by pop supremos extraordinaire Maratone (Britney, Westlife, Celine Dion) and Ryan Tedder (J-Lo, Natasha Bedingfield, Leona Lewis), it includes the singles ‘Breathless’ and the no.2 double A-side hit ‘No U Hang Up’/'If That’s OK With You’.
On 2nd December 2007, the album reached #1 in the Irish album charts, knocking Leona Lewis off the top. It debuted at #2 in the UK Albums Chartselling 96,000 in it’s first week, being held back by his X Factor successor Leona Lewis’s debut album “Spirit” which sold over 164,000 in it’s third week.

My Comment: These days success is often judged less on sales and more on a TV audience’s pantomime reactions to unreal situations. Top of this list is the X Factor franchise with its brutal pit fight format of winner takes all – until the next year’s winner comes along, of course. After that, you’re on your own.Shayne Ward is at that exact point. Having sold two million copies of his eponymous debut and scored 13 worldwide number ones, he now has the unenviable task of trying to turn that success into a career, starting with this, the ‘difficult second album’.
Breathless is an album that sums up the predicament of the reality pop star. Having taken the fast track to the big time, Shayne has no style of his own and is open to the whims of his production team.…Eventually however the shortcomings of Breathless show us one crucial fact; the old ways of pop are indeed dead, but if this is the future, it might just turn out to be goodbye pop.

Telling the time is as normal with this watches pretty difficult but I suppose it is one of those things that you get used to, and once mastered it would probably become second nature, however this watch reminds me of an old gothic type movie for some reason.

Never had I had this urgent need, this overwhelming desire to own something so urgently, so NOW NOW type of NOW! than when I saw the following in my email box. I WANT! And guess what? I want the food types one. I mean the diamonds are too expensive, too wasteful to waste it to decorate a USB drive, should decorate my neck or wrist. Being a big fan of Disney's since forever, I would buy the following, especially the mickey mouse pendrives because they look more like work of art rather than pendrives cute you know. I definitely would buy the Donald Duck version.

The "I MUST BUY THESE" pendrives
Oh I could go bankrupt just by buying these. I mean I love food and anything with food as a theme, like rubber and all, I would buy even if they're obscenely expensive. Don't know why Sushi, even made of plastic still looks good and even as expensive! I can't decide between the pizza and all but I must say if I really had to choose.. it would have to be the sushi set unless they come up with a dim sum set or ramen set or claypot rice set or steak set or... oh fooooooooddddddd..... Oh these had me hyperventilating with excitement!! So beautiful and oh so cute!!
